The new course of the historical magazine "Bra o della felicità" begins within the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, in collaboration with Slow Food Editore, with the declared aim of connecting the people of Bra and the student community of Pollenzo through the common thread of the historical, social, and cultural memory of our territory. In addition to the writings of scholars in history, art, and local culture, the new edition of "Bra o della felicità" will feature various video contributions for each topic, accessible through QR codes that can be scanned with your smartphone and viewed directly on it. In the digital version, available in both Italian and English, it will be possible to access video content by clicking on the pre-established hypertext links.
