The Beauty of Solitude

Solitude and being alone can be considered in many respects, often as moments of difficulty from which we would like to escape. But a solitude also exists which can be experienced as positive reversing the characteristics of its negativity with the awareness of a reality that we know is inevitable. This is about following a path which starts from childhood and proceeds for a life time. An advantageous path through dialogue with ourselves in search of our true identity. Healthy self-esteem, in harmony with the world surrounding us. Alone but not dispersed in loneliness, alone but free and open to life.
